For the same reason that i just mentioned. Some of them have upwards of 10 workers & equipments, so small scale might not be economical for them.

thats why petronas pun tak nak award their contract to bumi players for their solar power project.

that is why last time i hire contractor for my house, I study and research very hard which contractor I will hire. Dont want to deal with this kind of issue

Should look for those registered with CIDB

Also in Facebook/tik tok/Instagram got many few contractors show their renovation works. Can go for them

I seen a few. They are pretty knowledgeable

Understood they have overhead and etc.....There are always pros and cons working on big projects..big projects require huge capital and more risky..whereas with smaller project, less risk as houseowner will definitely pay you as they wont runaway...
