They're for sale rather than adoption aren't they? Cute puppies, hope they find good homes smile.gif Just something for you to consider, you might want to make sure your adorable little ones stay with their mom till they're at least 8 weeks before releasing them to new homes, this is one of the core things any ethical and responsible breeder does. It's important for puppies not to be separated from mom/littermates too early as they learn important socialisation skills that are crucial later in life. Read these links for more on the subject:

Haha,i think this is the answer ,found it from crazymouse_yyh.-

'If one wants to feed a homecooked diet, you must take into consideration of the amount of meat, rice and vegie. Also, homecooked meals may not contrain minerals that dogs need so you must give vitamin supplement tablets and also Omega oils to keep the dog healthy. Dogs on homecooked meals are also proned to teeth decay so the owner has to clean the teeth after everymeal'.

Or any guys have other suggestion?Any one feeding your GR cooked meet or anything cook by yourself? Thanks! rclxms.gif

What a sweet girl you have, she's certainly big at 3 months! smile.gif

I have a lab among my dogs and their meals are a mix of separate meals of high quality kibble (mornings) and home cooked meals (boiled boneless meat with vege, the broth from boiling the meat is included so they take in all nutrients) OR raw food consisting of bones + meat (evenings). Their diet is supplemented with fish oil. I minimise the presence of grain in their diet so stuff like rice/bread etc. are only occasional treats.

A well balanced home cooked meal is more nutritious than kibble with poor quality ingredients (too much grain, not enough meat, meat by-products, additives and harmful preservatives etc.). That said even though I feed my dogs high quality kibble I don't believe it's the best diet for dogs hence changing it up for evening meals. I believe it's important to have variety - this helps you achieve a balanced diet. Plus to avoid a healthy dog (i.e. one that doesn't have digestive sensitivities/is genetically predisposed to severe food-induced allergies) developing allergies you'd want to introduce variety in your dog's diet as young as possible - you can read about changing foods here.

As for the post you quoted where it's claimed that dogs fed home cooked meals are prone to tooth decay, that's a myth/bad science. There's a common misconception that feeding dogs dry food (i.e. kibble) rather than canned/home-cooked food is better for dental health. What this assumption fails to take into account is the quality/ingredients of the food being fed. If you feed kibble loaded with crappy ingredients that break down into compounds that encourage tooth decay, your dog's teeth are going to be in worse shape than if you fed a species-appropriate, high quality raw/canned/home-cooked diet.

Here are some articles on the subject, I especially recommend reading the first link:
http://rawdogfoodrecipe.com/raw-pet-food/a...ry-food-a-myth/ (this article quotes actual studies)
http://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/choosing-dog...-cleaner-teeth/ (a nicely written, easy to understand summary of how plaque and other dental nasties build up)

The best way to prevent/minimise dental disease is to clean your dog's teeth. You can also give them raw bones and rawhides to chew (this is admittedly my main way of teeth maintenance for my pack, I shamefully admit I don't brush my dogs' teeth often lol). I do think the raw bones/hides do wonders to help clean teeth - took my lab for a yearly checkup at the vet and she said his teeth are in amazing shape and thought I brushed them regularly lol. So it's more the quality/appropriateness of the diet you feed rather than what form it comes in (dry/wet) that determines your dog's dental health. So yes, cooked chicken meat for your girl is definitely fine (just cook it plain, no salt or other flavourings) smile.gif

I have a GR ( or so I thought) but my vet said he's a Lab. Confuse~~~~
He's a mixed. But then he is handsome. even though i stay in a terrace house with small yard, i adopted another mini pup to play with Hotdog, my GR. Hotdog just loved water , soccer, basketball games..
Luckily I bought a really good ball for him. ^^
