There is a new project around rini , otw to gelang patah. Infront of the EDL route.
Landed and condo.

Should be KSL, Ceros resident for high rise and Alma for landed. I not sure the reason, but even mahsing mtiara was here, they even expand and brough another land for mtiara 2. Also there are existingg developer at nearby area like mutiara rini

Skudai is always a good location. From there, you can go to the Johor Bahru customs or the Tanjung Kupang (Second Link) customs easily. Now, Skudai has almost no more land left, as areas like Mutiara Rini, Nusa Bestari, and Bukit Indah are nearly fully developed.


Taman Mutiara Maju in Gelang Patah (Lima Kedai area) was started by Tasek Maju Developer in 2022.


They previously developed Taman Ungku Tun Aminah in 1977 and also built Taman Tasek in Larkin.

So, it’s no surprise why Skudai or the Lima Kedai area has so much development.


You can check the KPKT website; M Tiara units are small and expensive, but almost all non-Bumiputera units are sold out!
