Those who commute daily are mainly because either they
already own a house or got family in JB.

Rent and commute daily not that many people currently. Maybe need and wait for the RTS.

Should be KSL, Ceros resident for high rise and Alma for landed. I not sure the reason, but even mahsing mtiara was here, they even expand and brough another land for mtiara 2. Also there are existingg developer at nearby area like mutiara rini
