same case with danga bay, many tower block going to start their constructing soon.

Its a just different country different culture

Maybe it work in China or india for their high number of population

In PRC, it is normal for developer to launch and build multiple towers concurrently.

If a developer needs to promote in foreign country likely mean overpriced and not in demand locally.

Recently Danga Bay has become place for mat Rempit to lepak and lumba, endanger other users and creating severe noise and air pollution, I’m wondering why the no action from relevant authorities

Before they were hanging out mostly at puteri harbour. Probably alot of complaints from the T20 living there, traffic and police also strictly patrolling at that side, now they move to dangabay
