Entering week 11 of my exercise program...
Dec 31/07 Workout B Squats 3 x 5 x 115lbs (phailed at last set, last rep) Milirary presses 3 x 5 x 80lbs (Stripped the weights from 85lbs...tak tau whats wif me today Pendlay Rows 3 x 5 x 95lbs Chins (Hammer Grip) 3 x 5 x BD Skullcrushers 2 x 8 x 45lbs Back Extensions 2 x 15 Crunches 2 x 15 Cycling after lifting.... Hope to see 10% bodyfat in 2008....Until then...Happy New Year everyone! Woohoo! Lets get some fried chicken or nasi goreng pedas tonight! |
