But if you're a surgeon making that amount nowadays many influencer making that in early years.. surgical training is long and tough.. and more competitive becsuse u can't easily take parallel pathway

Medicine is one of those fields where regulations are very tight... what more in SG... they only recognise 2 medical school from Malaysia.

Even if you are top malaysian doctor, u wanna go over u will face many restrictions.like u will be placed under supervision for few years ... that's why u don't see people crossing over like other fields easily... u see those accounting, management people, easily from Malaysia transfer to sg office ...

you do not need to go oversea do specialization, you can take external paper which can be a path to become specialist but just make sure recognized.

People who rich enough dont usually comeback unless they have emotional/ family connection because they can earn far more oversea
