the more kekwa are the international losers that came back to msia then make 1/4th their salary in US AUS CAN EU etc
are you guys being brain washed by the entry level position that pays 2k/month in msia or something?

u can always go for the bare minimum, nothing wrong with that

thats like saying a kancil can get you from point A to B anyways why bother buying newer and better car

but thats probably not what your kids wanted or needed, just that the parent wasnt well off enough to provide a better living condition
*
your kids want is not a priority , what they need is. im using a civic. still have extra to send my kids to swimming, silat and archery class. plus online tution.

they are doing good at school and my target is to build up their character. which dont cost u actually. and im not living under a bridge too. not a 10k sqf mansion but 2 storey terrace. which is enough.

we kinda lucky because both of us can still grow interm of income. but my point still the same. we build up with the family. not until all setup then later br nak ada anak. unless u are man in his 40 married a 25 years old then its ok i guess

and yes, many of them either don't declare taxx, don't pay tax or abuse the deduction...end up all kena caught
they have a misconception that public servant don't need to pay income tax

you do not need to go oversea do specialization, you can take external paper which can be a path to become specialist  but just make sure recognized.

People who rich enough dont usually comeback unless they have emotional/ family  connection because they can earn far more oversea

technically, life of rich doctor is much better here than overseas

Australia cost of living like kok

my aunty is gp there but cant work because at home nanny childcare is same like her salary and shes in the outback with no daycare

essentials and housing also so expensive

uk salary for nhs doctor is very low, private locum is hard to get

usa need to do boards, hardest exam in the world, and also need to worry about guns

malaysia if you rich life is good, especially when booking flights business is always cheapest when leaving kl because most cant afford the sgd or usd or gbp price

With medicolitigation cases on the rise, and the payout keeps setting record high, doctors, especially specialist have to have high salary to pay for the court cases and costs.

6 figure monthly salary should be quite common. 7 figure more eye catching.

just noted sinkieland airlines CEO RM28m annual salary (RM2.3 million monthly) in the news.

U can't easily cross strait

Medicine is one of those fields where regulations are very tight... what more in SG... they only recognise 2 medical school from Malaysia.

Even if you are top malaysian doctor, u wanna go over u will face many restrictions.like u will be placed under supervision for few years ... that's why u don't see people crossing over like other fields easily... u see those accounting, management people, easily from Malaysia transfer to sg office ...
