i not sure if anyone willing to drive tens of kilometer just to dispose quran yet the earning is just few cent and not enough to cover petrol.

I wonder if we will be in trouble for accidentally dispose Quran.

For example, I am tasked to clean a house which is flooded. The entire room is full of mud. Owner said can dispose everything.

I take everything and put in a bag and put outside for disposal.

Then some dude take picture inside the bag and saw a Quran damaged by mud and viral it. It is almost impossible to know it's a Quran if you didn't clean it out of mud 1st.

If the viral become big, will I be successfully be charged and go to jail ?

I've only ever used jumbo and jumbo junior boxes from DHL. No wrapping required and they put on strapping for free.

The problem with our country is that, everything is politicized, even Imam and Ulama are also political inclined! and wanted to earn brownie points.

As for your scenario above, as I said earlier; in Islam, the first thing we need to look at is 'niat" (intend), if its accidental or genuine mistake, its not a big deal and punishable.
