Point no.1 tu. Usually nampak baru doesn't mean no issue with the quality (could be ink, or paper fungus). And usually is the customer themselves yang reject dulu due to poor quality.

That's why the printing company thought can use back.

Should have ask the customer themselves to dispose it. If not this type of puak sure cari isu punya..NBTD
