The jumper is to set the vGPU from default to a max of 1.2V
The extra PCI-E connector is not much of use, one is already enough

Aih what to be jealous lor, what is your highest score for your card ? Max and most stable in gaming for 24/7. Anyway the price for mine is kinda cheap, got it from lehteck tho, I mean still lower than the market price, budget really tight.And the oc-bilities still yet to discover, recently not much time to play with it.

Later I'll dc another pci-e from the card, or can I just leave it to two pcie since the other pcie also no use if dc. And what will happen if I set it to max 1.2v ? More room to OC ?

And bro clawhammer - May I know your setting for your 8800GT ? Daily stable in gaming, without any vmod, and u didnt touch that jumper right for oc ? Of coz with stock cooler.

I have my jumper on the maximum vgpu which is 1.25V (if I remember correctly) and normally, I'll oc to 745/1937/1080 for gaming. I was previously on a modded Thermaltake HSF and now running water cooling Load temps are 43C-44C with Danger Den Maze 4

with stock cooler, temperature is ur limit... no point adjusting ur vgpu if its too hot... stock cooler shud be able to go 700mhz core and 1000mhz mem easily...

i can't even run 750 core on cod4 for online gaming. even when my load temp is 50c...

Galaxy 8800GT (Dual slot cooler with dual pci-e connector version)

Fan speed - 50 %

Full load - 65'c

Core/Mem/Shader - 660/1920/1650

ATItool showed error in just few minutes of running artifact scanning. Is this the best my gc can do ? If it does then its kinda disappointing tho.

Edit : Try lower down my core to 650 but maintain the mem at 1920 seems running fine in ATItool for 10 minutes. Will try to increase the mem to the max it can do.

then that is caused by voltage... it doesn't have enough voltage to do that speed....

er i have a question. hope all could help me. i am using rivatuner to tune my stock 8800gt to around 708/1770/2000 but my core temp still shows the temp before the OC. around 42-43 only. is this correct? cause last time i downtune the card and the temp still remains the same but with error. but now no error yet. can some1 help me with this. i really dunno what to do. everest also didnt show my cards core temp. only asus smartdoctor shows the temp but as i say, it didnt change at all...

NVIDIA's card don't run at the speed you've clocked them at all times. It only runs at the speed its clocked when performing its duty, eg gaming.

FYI Asus glaciator fan card only can be overclocked by smartdoctor and view temp with smart doctor.... im not sure izzit for all glaciator fan product but im sure for Asus 8800GT 512mb TOP edition coz thats my previous card
