Anyhow you guys make sure that the oc'ed card is stable ? As rivatuner doesnt have stability test right ? How if oc the card using rivatuner but to test the stability use ATItool ? Will this work ?

And another method to oc and at the same time to monitor the stability of the card ? Dont tell me to test it with gaming la hahaha.

Nope, its for any card. It let u monitor your gc temp as well.

Anyway, got my GT yesterday after letting go my 320mb GTS. To be exact its Galaxy dual slot 8800GT with twin pci-e power connector.

So anyone has the same card ? Mine letting me know the max (stable in gaming too) u can go for the card ? I mean in term of core,memory and shader.

And been wondering does the twin pci-e power help in term of oc-ing the card.....

May I know Galaxy 8800gt has jumper on the card. What does it do ? Resetting the cmos also ??

Aih what to be jealous lor, what is your highest score for your card ? Max and most stable in gaming for 24/7. Anyway the price for mine is kinda cheap, got it from lehteck tho, I mean still lower than the market price, budget really tight.And the oc-bilities still yet to discover, recently not much time to play with it.

Later I'll dc another pci-e from the card, or can I just leave it to two pcie since the other pcie also no use if dc. And what will happen if I set it to max 1.2v ? More room to OC ?

And bro clawhammer - May I know your setting for your 8800GT ? Daily stable in gaming, without any vmod, and u didnt touch that jumper right for oc ? Of coz with stock cooler.

Galaxy 8800GT (Dual slot cooler with dual pci-e connector version)

Fan speed - 50 %

Full load - 65'c

Core/Mem/Shader - 660/1920/1650

ATItool showed error in just few minutes of running artifact scanning. Is this the best my gc can do ? If it does then its kinda disappointing tho.

Edit : Try lower down my core to 650 but maintain the mem at 1920 seems running fine in ATItool for 10 minutes. Will try to increase the mem to the max it can do.

Guys, how to adjust my vgpu on Galaxy 8800gt without vmodding ? The jumper can be used ?

Haha later if something happen then I have to use my integrated for a long time haha. Better wait for someone who owns this card to explain first.

Edit : Im able to run 650/2000/1625 already and stress it for almost 8 hours without fail ( The reason I stress so long is I was asleep last nite so forgot to turn off ATItool during stressing) haha.

Good score there, I think if with diagnostic startup U'll be able to hit 11400 above. Why dont u oc your card ? Temp is holding down ke ? (sukhoi is selling his HR03 GT for rm100) hehe.

I'll post mine most stable setting later after some tweak and guidance from bro clawhammer.

It could be the driver. I had the similar issue too but after restarted then it ran smoothly.
