If one is on budget, m2 iPad Air can be a choice since now the price gap between air and pro is larger. But if one wants the best then no doubt it is the only choice.

i plan to trade in my 2018 ipad pro for this new 2024 celullar model with switch.

That's gonna be a worthwhile jump from 2018 to 2024. Do you plan to trade in via Apple or via Switch/Machines?

Not yet. Most probably end of next week.

I hv place pre-order 11" Space Black Cellular model with Switch, so will do trade in with switch.

Damn apple, just why...

its a bit jarring for me until a point i find it a bit headache/'pening' on my m1 looking down and up changing refresh rates.

i was hoping the M4 would at least output 120hz to match the iPad.

Just added the m4 with the new keyboard in the Apple cart, i'll wait for WWDC 24 if they made any huge changes on the iPadOS 18 then ill pull the trigger.

I don't understand why anyone buys from brick and mortar stores anymore... if anything goes wrong they'll still direct you online so it's not like you gain customer support...

Good for you, I guess thats most convenient for you. I buy from brick and mortar for my own convenience as I don’t have the privilege of always being at home. I do however have, a Switch store close to my home. Now, when it was MCO, it was Apple online all the way, of course.

I think trade in credit is faster as well compared to online, but personally I’m not doing any tradeins.

Oh, also the convenience of splitting payments with cash/card combo is an advantage to me.

But that’s just me.

Yes I did get the new pencil and keyboard (which is pretty amazing btw). My iPad though is still “about to ship”. The checkout process offered a 24 month interest free split payment too (which I don’t need so didn’t take).
