been using this for the longest time bro. Took my old oil to the workshop to dispose.

Best when driving contis, the oil filter is on top which is easily accessible unlike japs.

for the udm, I always jack up a bit then do the conventional way, leave it overnight so all the engine oil came out and then I measure it back, just wanna make sure how many liter lost along the way

my wife jap junk - the oil filter sit at the bottom beside the engine oil sump- u gotta jack up the car in order to change it hahaha

Currently using BOLD ATAS for my car. 24 hours blotter test so far looks good. No indicator of oil degrading at 4000+KM at almost 5 months in service. My test looks like no.3 but the soot ring at the center is barely visible

PETRONAS. Syntium.

Bodo, brand negara kito sendiri pon xkenal. Kalo xfemes Mercedes wun use and promote in their F1 championship journey. 8 times constructors champion.

*In before some idiot say Shell got more trophy, at least the oil is from our country not curi from Nigeria and also Sarawak.
*
Just because the engine oil is from Petronas, doesn't means it's raw material locally sourced. But you are still supporting a local company.

if u have the space , time and willing to learn how to DIY, it is much easier actually. RM89 can get the oil extractor already these days

imagine changing engine oil at your own time. no need to take time off to send car to workshop just for basic thing like oil change.

Just make sure you send the spent oil to reputable oil collector.

So imma going to stop using bold engine oil.
Although bold oil working great for me, but i dont like dishonest company as shown by another ktard. Repacking their oil is ok, but being dishonest i dont like.
1. Very sus address at kuwait.
2. Edit pictures and make it as bold employees

So i search for local blends. I got feoso engine oil and hipro. Hipro brands seems more advance and have better specifications.
Any other local brand engine oil ktards can recommend?

how about motul oil?

May i suggest u change the old every 7k km instead to maintain your engine's health?

Its been proven 10k km oil change, no matter the oil will slowly deteriorate the engine. Only thing the car manufacturer recommends 10k km oil change because it helps in promoting low maintenance cost on the cars they are selling and the car usually will be able to last till 9 years with 10k km oil change.

Note that most car manufacturers do not think oil consumption of 1L engine oil of every old change is considered a defect.

Actually, how to judge performance? I seems to have some issue with it as I can't really differentiate. So I just judge my engine condition bases on how silent is it (comparable to newly bought), idling rpm and fuel efficiency. Anymore other things can use to judge?

FC is dependent very much on tyre pressure and driving style.

Only good way is you time yourself on video for the same road same distance. Otherwise even the meal you eat or haven't eaten, or whether go toilet already before testing, affect the result.

I change my engine oil jack up then jack stand both side then start the damm engine until hot like 30 minutes later , only i open the oil drain bolt very happy when the oil drain like water smooth speed but of course not everyone have chef hand 😂

My oil filter always hand tight and hand open with the help of heavy duty glove, outside many scare then still tighten with tools when replace hand impossible to loosen got to use tools then use tools the oil filter also very tight to loosen.
