It only showed how much knowledge you have on the mobile market.

Samsung is losing dominance in the world biggest market China. They are also losing in America and now India. They wont do thing without a reason. Doing this is not because they acknowledge the defect in their manufacturing, it is just them saving their investment of hundreds of millions in marketing.

If this problem is as bad as you portrayed, Samsung would have to be recalling all their smartphones just like the case with Note 7.
*
Definitely not as bad but still a defect is a defect. Not a fair comparisons as the note 7 case is so severe that it can lead to injuries thus the recall, they are killng themselves if they dont do the recall. Green line on their amoled wouldnt cause an explosions but it will sure piss off their customers.

I for one decided to give them a chance after my last regret with my samsung note 4. Then the shit line appeared. Time to give my money to somebody else.

Samsung warranty is filled with fine small hidden terms and conditions.

My note10+ has 2 years warranty but s pen spoiled after 1 year, go SC but SC staff say s pen is accessories, accessories warranty only 6 months. Really topkek sky high this Samsung.

S pen is accessories, that's what the SC staff told me, that's why S pen only 6 months warranty although my Fon comes with 2 year warranty.

That's why la. The s pen come together with the Fon which has a 2 year warranty, yet Samsung never say s pen warranty only 6 months cos it's categorized as an accessories which is misleading & false practice. Fon + s pen comes together yet warranty for both is different, will you be happy if it happens to you or not. The s pen not cheap almost 3 figure for a flimsy piece of plastic which is ridiculously sky high.

I've this green line issue which i kena twice.

1st time happens in May, but that time still under warranty, so fast fast go replace.

2nd time kena just right after their 3 months warranty mad.gif.From 1 green line to multiple lines, in total of 13.

A user of Samsung from S3>S8>S22+. I'm starting to lost trust on Samsung quality. Just wondering, is it worth again to RISK for replacing the screen, which might happens again or just save this money to purchase a new phone. sad.gif

Yes, show them the power of consumer , these kind of service should be boikot , rather than go boikot those mcd starbuck , other country can give consumer special replacement while Malaysia samsung cant make it , its a shame

Samsung malaysia never think that those consumer stil continue holding their phone out there with green line , and when other people looking at ur phone and asking what happen to your phone and what brand? , and ur answer is "samsung , no drop no underwater, after update then become like this" , definitely effect the reputation of your product , it will make more and more people worry with samsung product , really stupid move by samsung malaysia , really "padan muka" for samsung sales keep dropping over these year

Yesterday not sure why but my s23 ultra suddenly overheat while I watching YouTube. I quickly lowered the resolution to 1080p instead of 4K on YouTube, still was very hot, I then turned on power saving, the phone became cool again.

Not sure what happened but be careful your phone overheating might cause the green line issue. My phone never kena overheating like yesterday before.
