Shopee got sell those ahem ahem cheap & discounts Google cloud accounts. Do you think it's safe reliable to use that

s22ultra just got that green lightsaber today, 2-3 years of age. Was just casually using and it suddenly appears.

-messaged samsung chat support, they told me to locate a service center to inspect the phone.
-asked them by any chance if samsung covers the replacement, couldn't answer.
-called the service centre few times, nobody attended to.
-went there straight to enquire, they said no free replacement have to pay about close to RM800 for replacement.

smh samsung, paid so much for an s22ultra, at least take the responsibility to own up to your defects. so disappointing, how do you expect people to continue to buy your phones?

Anybody knows of other solution/places where it can be fixed or replaced at a better rate?

File Tribunal Claim. Need to pay RM5.00 for the claim. Someone I know managed to get free screen replacement after filing eTribunal claim.

i saw  some user able to claim , so u better just bring to service center and ask is that stil able to claim.

need leave there as need to wait stock from hq. The shop need submit claims to hq as well.

I went for this free screen replacement for my S23 last week but unfortunately I failed the diagnostic test they said my water resistant seal didn't pass. so i decided not to fork rm500+ for screen replacement but had to pay rm27 for the diagnostic. this is really sad for me not only did i not replace my screen, I had to pay rm27 too. I have to live with a screen like this until next year.

Sarawak. As long as they found even your seal is not good anymore or slight lifting at the back they will reject.
