Acting up again unable to login properly

i just made a fd via the app and the fd is not reflected but the money is deducted from the account, anyone has any experience to go about this?

My bad. its reflected correctly, just the order sequence was change due to app update lately i guess.

solved it already.

had to call CS. she will unpair my iPhone from my account from their side and ask me to delete & reinstall the app again.
she walked me through the process in about ~14 minutes and finally it worked.

~14 minutes because need to wait to get CS in queue, then when re-login & i forgot my password, so need to the selfie verification again.
then need to wait for the 12 hour cooling period before can start doing any transactions.

i think i may recall the same issue not so long ago.
if the same issue happened, just call CS and they walk you through the process like i did.

I just uninstalled the app and install it again. Now it detected I have changed phone which I did not. So need to sort of re register a new gadget without unpair the old phone. (Which is the same phone) now can log in but need 12 hours cooling off. Stupid apps. I still have FD in there, once mature, will withdraw everything

yes, i'm thinking to stick to AEON bank only after this. so far their app has zero issues, at least for me.

Al rajhi app becoming a nuisance these recent days.

Normally would have issues time to time...

From during Rize time till now under Al-Rajhi apps... No improvement & changes...

Just leave it... Next day or so would be normalize

Call up CS, they can unbind your phone then you uninstall and reinstall, by doing this, no need the 12hrs cooling off

Mine didn't normalize after 2 days, did an uninstalled and installed, ended up need a 12 hrs cooling off

CS called and told me to uninstall and reinstall even though after confirming I'm already on the latest version 3.3.3. I just cleared all data instead and still has the 12 hours cooling off. Going to close this account once my FD matures next year

That 12 hours cooling is really pain....

It's their side issues but we need to face it...

But yeah.... Sometimes if really in need.... Contact CS for faster solution.... If unlucky... Get clueless CS the other side....

As already cannot log in, there is no way to unbind ourself. Months back, i had the same idea. they told me to uninstall and install but no need to wait 12 hrs. This time round, had to wait. Exactly, will either close or leave it dormant once my FD matures soon.
