Even if you put both military time and am/pm time there will still be someone who will make a mistake. My point is I believe putting am/pm will have less mistake. Are you saying putting military time will have less mistakes?

This guy’smistake is a big overlook. It’s not because he doesn’t understand AM/PM. He looked at 11 thinking it is 1.
In normal cases if airlines put 11pm and the person overlooked thinking is 11:00, he still would not have missed the flight.
As for blaming the airline, I don’t agree with that. I never said i agree it’s the airlines fault.
I do think using am/pm will reduce such mistakes.
