flight tickets always guna local timezone of airport lah.
if - and IF - it's printed 'H' next to time, that 'H' is just notation that the format is in 24hrs, bukan NATO 'H'otel timezone.
just because this airport in complain is incidentally in +8 timezone, does not mean that such 'H' on ticket is for 'H' timezone.

bayangkan jikalau tiket kapal terbang international london-berlin tulis 19:30H - 22:25H, if using your answer, mesti keliru gila.... kalau H tu ikut timezone, flight itu 2j55m lamanya.
