Lol how is that confusing. No date on the ticket?
*
Because 0000 is same as 2400

So 31dec1999 2400
And 01jan2000 0000
Is same time but treated differently

Human and computer also konpius

Nobody confused but you.

31 DEC 1999, 2359
next would be 01 JAN 2000, 0000

That's how 24hr system works. No such thing as 2400

that's why there is NEVER any 2400 or 0000 hr departure....it's always 2359 or 0001.

I have different opinion.
When people see 01:00, some may forget to convert (we seldom need to convert in our daily life) and assume it’s 1 pm. Because we usually don’t have appointment at 1am.

With AM/PM there is at least an indicator. With 24H there is no indicator.

For 20:30 i agree, it won’t get mistaken. But for 01:00, it is easier to get mistaken compared to 1AM.

I believe some people may misinterpret the time with AM/PM. But i think chances of misinterpretation of 24h is higher.
*
ppl who use AM/PM should know that there is no 01:00 LOL
if you are a user of AM/PM also should realize there is no AM/PM there why assume it is 1PM?

totally dont make sense. if dont know how to use 24H standard should know AM/PM must include AM/PM.

There's no practice using 2400, systems would usually default to 2359 to denote the last minute of a systemic day.
