Alright guys, next stuff to chat with while waiting for zune to arrive.

What program you guy use to manage the ID3 tags of your collection.
I wonder zune reads which tag, The ID3 tag or the tag that you edit by right click, properties on the song file.

I'm using MP3Tag

i use the came along with dbpoweramp , you know right ? great , at least there is some topic to chart with better than do nothing

Wat's a ID3 tag is it ? i din come across with this b4 .. All i know is jst ripping and edit those artist name , album ..

Then I guess you're editing the ID3 tag since you're using the dBpowerAMP 1. I wonder which part should I edit the tags. Where does zune read the album arts from, from the folder or from the ID3 Tag.
I Heard v1 firmware read from folder while v2 firmware read from ID3 Tag

I think Mp3tag is the easiest way to tag music. I renamed a hundred albums and got all the album art easily from it.

Oh yeah, using MP3tag if your album has multiple artists add a new tag in the files called 'BAND' and add 'various artists' to prevent it from making multiple albums even though you only have 1.

has anyone rockbox mod with this theme yet ? looks fun for mod ,

Grr still struggling whether install new firmware or stay the old 1, i wan chinese/japanese char support !

hey , must try 2.2 .. it's great firmware , way better than de old one you can change it back anytime you one , there's a downgrade fimware.
btw, do you guys know any software that can convert video(avi. ) to zune ?? win avi video and cucusoft got water mark and some others only can convert like 5 mins video

version 2.2 works with mp4 right ?

get M3 then , though its made for SE phones , can still change the settings there
