Emailed customer.service@aeoncredit.com.my as advised by Chat #1: no ack or response after 3 hrs.
In-app Transaction History "Raise Dispute" button: Ticket created. Email response from customer.support@aeonbank.com.my after 45mins asking for screenshot & transaction details.
3/6 Unifi Bill Payment, 2 transactions 130 + 95
5/6 Transaction settled & appeared in-app, no points received
7/6 Reported
11/6 Received email reply to one of my tickets. Still no points received. Ticket marked as Resolved.

Every time I reply to a ticket, a new ticket is created, so weird system.
