Thank you so much bro...it works...i panic for a while because it means my money is stucked there and then if they insist only biometric as approval...then how the hell I'm going to withdraw out my money... it works now....what a scare! take note that a lot of purchases not eligible for cashbacks. check the tnc, or better still, make a small purchase first & wait for cashback to appear.
if it appears then good, you know that merchant is not excluded from cashbacks |

If kena technical issue like me then can cause panic a while...suddenly doesn't want to recognise my fingerprint... So withdrawal fail... Luckily uninstall and reinstall solves the issue.. makes me think again now for pure digital bank.. once kena issue.. you cannot visit physical bank to withdraw... Emergency time susah lo....
