Is anyone using AEON Bank to set up scheduled transactions?

All my scheduled transactions had been processed smoothly until last week when they started to fail and be put on hold pending security review.

An email - Important: Unusual Activity Detected on Your Account - arrived.

I spoke with Customer Service to verify all transactions including scheduled transactions (due to be processed in a few days).

When the scheduled transactions were due to be processed, the same email arrived and the transactions were cancelled/put on hold again.

The amounts were less than RM 5k each towards credit card accounts.

It seems that AEON bank has updated security policies. When there are more than 2 or 3 transactions in one day, additional transactions will automatically be put on hold.

Now that the main savings account pays no bonus interests, I doubt the scheduled transaction function will be in demand

Since they have updated rates to 3% in Savings Pots while main account only 0.88%. I'm assuming most would park in Savings Pots while leaving the minimum of RM20 in main account. So lets say if you have scheduled a transaction, would it auto deduct from Savings Pots or would the transaction fail?

First transfer/payment of the day will normally go thru without any issue regardless of the amount (50k might be taking a little while and not instant). Subsequent transfers will be a very much delayed and sometimes the system will prompt you on the unusual activity for some reason (too sensitive). This should not be the way of digital bank works.

Withdrawn all and just keep the account active for now as the service is not par with other digital banks.

Anyone facing unable to login Aeon Bank App issue? keep on showing (Make sure your biometrics are activated).
My phone already activated the biometrics both face and finger print. I've tried uninstalled and reinstalled the Aeon Bank app and restart phone several time also same problem

Ever since Aeon reduced the interest rate, I could not transfer my money out of it. It forces fingerprint and then says authentication failed. Anyone facing the same issue?
