All ok. GX can receive money.

moved back to GX bank. at least I can see my daily interest

I think Aeon Bank's case example would be interesting to research on digital bank's competitiveness

Would the mass withdrawal big enough to cause panic in Aeon Bank's management?

Apart from interest what other value added services can Aeon Bank provide?

So far the user friendliness has been not so good, reliability was poor, and then now the rates are not as good dy even compared to GXBank which is daily interest credit.

I just talked with the CS. I think they did something on it. So now it appeared. Now I need to keep RM 20,but the transaction is failed!

Multiple fail attempts to transfer fund to gx bank. Finally successfully transfer to other bank. Do they block gx bank?

probably just system high load cause people doing withdrawals, and also their system still crediting in the interests to people's accounts

1 second hold over there also can’t tahan. I always support Aeon, but this time round I’m really disappointed with them.

Finally done, but the option for us to allocate from the main to the pot UI is really not user friendly and sluggish.

nothing to be disappointed lah. this is normal.

the better rate has always known to be confined by "promo period". they cannot offer 3.88% indefinitely.

same with other services. New to the market, give tons of cashbacks, rewards, etc.. all these are limited by marketing budget for a short period to make you feel good, get good numbers to mgmt, brand awareness, etc.

you think they can last long by keep giving $$ out without generating revenue first?

all these are NOT natural organic growth but more of artificial growth. it cannot be sustained indefinitely. $$ has to come somehwere, by someone, or by some investors.


their real test is to run the business without heavy marketing budget to temporarily boost growth.
