Sorry bad experience and almost lost money. Gain back the money after 10 days. No matter how good rise, I will never trust them anymore forever

yeah...they should fine them kao kao...as impacted so many people and for more than 15 days. so worry money transfer out will get lost and took more than 10days to reclaim back

Didn't get any penalties imposed on them..

Foreign banks not under BNM??? I don't think so... Any banks operating in Malaysia should be under them....

People didn't report to BNM??

I called cs ask what is the new profit rate on 1st Sept, was told they will update the new rate at 12am tonight.
