Serious Question - cant find answer maybe i am not looking hard enough

Question: got a cheuqe with my name, can i deposit to Aeon Bank or GX Bank or Rize Bank or Boost Bank? Since Aeon Bank dont have a physical bank then how do i deal with this situation?

virtualgay i don't think there's a physical cheque deposit machine for AEON bank. nor is there a physical branch for you to give the cheque

singapore no longer using cheques after 2025. malaysia will follow eventually

aeon bank is saving account. not current account

GX Bank listed on Wise for SWIFT transfer. I wonder if AEON/Boost will do the same later.

u still can masuk cheque to saving account
always i deposit my cheque to my maybank saving account
bring cheque over to maybank cheque deposit machine
write ur name and account number behind
then go to the machine enter your account number
then let it "eat" your cheque
it will spit out a copy of a receipt which contain the imagine of your cheque
wait like 48 hours it will clear then you see money

so now with Aeon Bank - how can i do this process?

Sorry get confused.
Frankly speaking normally go to physical bank and deposit cheque based on your acc number. But problem is digital bank don’t own any atm and physical branches. So no way u can deposit cheque. I don’t think any bank will allow u to go to their branches and deposit to digital bank saving acc

I am thinking of dropping an email to Aeon bank asking them this stupid question... I want to be as digital as possible hahaha 🤣😂

U cannot bank in cheques to digital bank accounts. That's why a requirement to open digital bank account is that you must have a bank account (in your own personal name) with one of the traditional bank.

anyone experience any issue with aeon virtual card for payment on lazada shopping?
raise the issue with aeon bank and they revert to me saying the problem have been solved but still face the same issue.

I have a current account with cheque book and I have not issued any cheques in last 5 years. I am planning to close my current account.

If you're a youtuber, cheque still an option to receive the money other than wire transfer.

For me its still the same, approve in aeon app, lazada show authentication success and waiting to transfer to the next page to show order success but never able to reach the order success page. Hence my order always never successfully paid. No money deduct from my account and I have raise the issue with Aeon but they claim they have solved it. I tried and raise the issue again they just told me to wait for investigation.
