You mean the rm600 trade in discount will still apply even though at the end we did not trade in the old phone. If this is the case, it is no brainer, one should select trade in in the first place, and later quit the trade in smile.gif

my back cover of S21U is not stick together, got space between top and bottom, will it affect the value? should I put a glue to stick on it?

Last year S23U I pre-ordered even before the unpacked event ended, like half way of the show I checked it was already available, probably available even earlier.

If money already paid (I think they will make you pay in full upfront), you cannot cancel it or ask for refund, even if while waiting for it, the phone is already available in their Samsung stores, you still cannot cancel it or ask for refund.
I believe online store is online store, physical store is physical store. If you preordered on their online store, you cannot go to their physical store and demand for your preordered unit. You will have to wait for the online store to arrange for you.
