They will pay you again for whatever they value your gadget is worth.
So basically you enjoy RM600 trade-in discount upfront + whatever trade-in value they give you.
Samsung gives the trade-in discount, where as the trade-in value is given by another company, CompAsia. They have an app on Play Store, see the link provided by the forummer above my post. It will give you a rough estimate value of your phone.
CompAsia business is selling 2nd phones (all brands).
Quite legit, I bought a 2nd hand Samsung Galaxy A52s from them before. Also I did traded in a Samsung Galaxy S21 to them before. Maybe you can sell a bit more on Carousell or LYN but I lazy to go through all the hassle of meeting people here and there.
