Connection down after 12am and found out that 100 service fault report isn't 24/7 anymore, web chat is also down for maintenance till mid Dec, and tweet won't be seen until morning (if they are quick). This is just terrible customer service for a broadband service provider.

Hi. I wish to terminate my UNIFI mobile. Is it possible to do it by calling 100 or I must pay a visit to TM Point as told by the TM Point staff?

If you just do the Chat or call 100, it's business hours only EDIT: Okay, I read your post again you mentioned maintenance till mid-December. I miss that part.
