Went TMpoint Kajang to ask on swu 4.0 as my contract ended 100mbps paying rm89 exclude sst.

Initial offer was

Rm89 for 100mbps (waive 6 months)
Rm119 for 300mbps (waive 6 months)
Rm139 for 500mbps (waive 6 months)

After much talk the counter lady said best price for 100mbps is rm79 waive 6 months no free hardware

My Unifi 500mbps contract had ended and I'm planning to subscribe to their home bundle offer of Unifi + Netflix + Mobile (2 SIMS) for a certain amount per month.

Thinking of forcing them to pay off RM500 for my current mobile line in order to terminate its contract (penalty) in lieu of their free 3-months bill payment.

I'm using 500mbps. Have requested unifi to change to public IP.
Reason given by them is either i need to have CCTV installed with proof given. Otherwise i will stuck in Private IP.

Hi guys, I have issue with unifi. My original account is special account with RM80 rebate perpetual for 300Mbps. I got free upgrade to 500Mbps recently.

I opt for 3 months waiver to renew my contract with promise everything will be the same as original account.

TM create a new account for me and the price is for 500Mbps and no more RM80 discount. Now I have to pay extra RM50 for the same package like last time.

Can I fight this in tribunal?

TM have new ONR 2.5G Skyworth that replace D-Link Black, bridge mode might not possible in some OLT

I went to TMPoint, and they only offered two options for the 100Mbps plan:

RM89 with 6 months free, or
RM79 with 6 months free, but it requires adding a postpaid plan.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to work around it?

i know maxis already hijack dns
so you have use maxis own dns we can't do so cannot use google dns
