I went to sales gallery ytd, and yes it's still not open for public. Sales person told me will start launch at around RM1,100 psqft . Details is as per user @chady, thanks mate.
I'm interested in the SAMM, even though no facilities. Anyone with connections hit me up 😆. I can wait 6 years hahaha

Make sure register an account with LPHS and start to compile the necessary documents, pretty sure will be by ballot system as gonna be super hot SAMM. Hope to see you all at the launching
