Based on the banner, it seem to be quite dense as compared to area surrounding. Would be good to have big multigenerational units that is similar to BU9 and Surian Condominium. But medium sized units existing supply in MD is not that much. Would be great to have as an option for young dwellers.

What would be the expected/indicative psf for this. Seem quite high dense. If the price is right, get ready the bullets. Parking.

1,200 psf hmm gotta think twice. Below or around 1k psf maybe sound reasonable in todays context. But rental around for studio or small units could barely cover 80% instalment tho.
Plus the density is not low either.

Let’s see how developer make the magic with the pricing.

2800sqft easily 2mil above.

Not Apple to Apple but Megah Rise 1700++ also asking 2.1mil alrdy. Since it’s a TOD, I think it’s fine. Just that target buyers for such type would prefer serenity.

I drop by this morning. They kept saying no confirmation they can confirm for the time being. Haha

Apparently show unit also set up alrdy. Why making buyers or interested prospects waiting…they so confidence ke. 1100-1300 psf is on the high side.

Should learn from other players…like UOA Bamboohill and DPC…have a special preview with those registered their interest back then. Not sekali open to public…then no point potential buyers registered their details (have to expose Hp number and email to 3rd party).


I found their marketing team rly X boleh. Atleast give some appetisers…🤣

Just wonder what’s the infrastructure upgrade on the traffic flow in the future when The Lines is completed.

Existing is quite congested during peak hours. With an addition of 1k units, ofc assuming 20-30% will take mrt, but still there will be huge influx of people and traffic, that will definitely worsen the traffic conditions if traffic flow is not well planned.

Hmm…if that’s the nett psf. I don’t see any reason unless they provide attractive packages.

Their main target should be 2nd or 3rd gen MD residents which are attached to the place.

Quite similar to Megah Rise….1 bedder is 1 unit / floor.

Mind me asking is 2 bedder or 3 bedder the mainstream, or which type has the most units in floorplate for The Lines

Interested in getting 1 or 2 bedder when it’s available for viewing.
