U mean u want smaller space? the Studio is 590sq ft and SAMM is 550sq ft.

If this condo already reached rm1mil, I may suggest u go for alternative option like Kiaramas Dedaun https://kiaramasdedaun.com.my/

Smallest is 1,313 sq ft at RM997k net price, RM759 psf ... larger unit, resort themed condo

No more 997k. kiaramas dedaun good units all taken up. still got those facing highway behind. 2 rooms really big.

Would you be bother by the view blocked by SAMM block. Manage to reserve 2+1 at level 22, cp also at level 8 but not sure whether to proceed due to the blockage of view.

Yup mine is central block. I don’t mind the blocked view cause I chose one of the lowest floor, so at least can see swimming pool.

Even blocked by SAMM, u still can’t see their windows (but can see their side walls I believe).

If got budget, choose a unit above SAMM smile.gif Maybe at level 50?

I actually booked a unit at Kiaramas Dedaun (KD) for net price of RM956k. Still undecided whether to buy KD or the Lines. KD good for own stay, very peaceful and larger size - drawback no mrt. KD feel more atas (in my personal opinion) with many expats. Walking distance to shops at Verve Suites. Low density per acre.

The Lines is good for investment or own stay - near by shops, mrt, walking distance to BU school, many amenities nearby which are just walking distance. Too high density per acre.

Belum, the public units also haven't properly launched. Best to weekly check https://lphs.gov.my/ for SAMM.

If the SAMM for the Lines falls under category B, C, or D, for u to be eligible to buy it, u can’t have any properties in Selangor and the property u r buying is meant for own stay and not to be rented, among other requirements.

You are referring to Rumah Selangorku. RSKU comes in bigger sizes 800-900 sqft.

The Lines fall under SAMM, and the requirement is as long you don’t have any SAMM unit. You can have both RSKU and SAMM.

Yes well said. This is often a misconception the general public have.

SAMM can be owned if you don’t own any form of commercial properties or properties that sits on a commercial lands (ie serviced apartment, shops, SOVO, SOFO etc)

Anyone have news about SAMM? Last time I enquired Boustead was November 2024, they still don't have updates regarding SAMM units, for the open market units, it was scheduled to launch in December 2024. But now its January 2025 already, way pass Dec 2024. Everyday I check in LPHS, no updates whatsoever.
