That's for new customers, not for the existing customers. Even so, I tried and it jumped to their webpage and it led to a webpage with "Get-in store".

I already converted mine long time ago, 5 years ago, so when I changed my iPhone in Sept, it is just an eSIM transfer and worked well.

the app can only last until 31 dec. so die die will force ppl 2 use new app on 1.1.2026, stubborn also no use. lets wait and see come 1.1 they got remove any existing goodies from the old apps or not, e.g. bos. if yes, time to jump ship to UM. as I already got both dg and UM currently. there is no love lost.

Yes, I converted to physical SIM to eSIM and every time I change to a new iPhone, I gotta walk in to transfer eSIM. Only this year no longer needed which is a godsend.
