Yes, I got locked out of MyDiGi app due to multiple late sms. Signing in to the web portal worked normally though.

The process of port to another telco example digi to maxis, is it difficult? Do it thru online?

can do it online or walk in official shop, strongly don’t recommend any dealer because one may get many astonishing & brain exploding grandmother’s stories 🙉
