On Wednesday i went to CelcomDigi outlet to port out from Yoodo to CelcomDigi Postpaid. Settled my application around 4.30pm, at 10pm, received email from Yoodo for port out confirmation, around 11pm same day, my CelcomDigi line already activated. Quite fast.

Has anyone here gone through the process of upgrading from an iPhone using eSIM to a new iPhone?

• Will the eSIM get transferred over?
• Or need to go Digi Store?
• Is the original eSIM QR code emailed by Digi of any use in this scenario?

Have you done this successfully before? Does it specifically work with Digi?

Customer Service from Celcom users perspective had not changed much. It had been worse than Maxis since more than a decade ago... But yeah, now Digi got the Celcom CS gene, getting worse now

New twist in me and wifu foray of getting a new iPhone with celcomdigi device plans.

After 2 different celcomdigi branches staff asking her to apply for new line in order to get the iPhone plan, she went the online route and got the phone already. No need to add any new lines.

So today we went to a bluecube? What's the new name? To get ESim.

Get the esim, was told it's rm10. Wifu paid cash, no receipt whatsoever. Was told cannot pay via billing or any cashless. I checked celcomdigi website no such charges. Hahahaha. Wifu furious kena scam 10 ringgit. Had to placate her with chagee next door.

i prefer esim for security purpose, only when telco start implement self activation like yoodo will be perfect 👌🏻

tried Yes telco a couple times but the coverage fail miserably for my location, umobile is better compared to yes, esim self activation is a plus too but coverage for me still not up to expectations, area dependent though, hopefully they improve in near future.

Aah in that case, later might upgrade to esim, need to find a one good day to go to alamanda putrajaya there

Within the 60 days I can top up rm5 to make the existing balance rm27 also active to use it to subscribe to rm25 monthly and reset my active period to 30 days rite?

Guys, where to find BOS on the new app? I received SMS free RM3 credit. I already deleted my old app. or there’s no BOS on this new app? Not that I have any use for free credit just wanted to know to look.
