but i am fine with the non-promo quota given - 30GB is more than sufficient for me... 6GB personal hotspot is also fine - i hardly need to do personal hotspot.

the 100Mbps speed cap for 4G/5G is also ok for me... i am more concern if the coverage is good or not, becos if it is not even good, even no speed cap one also cannot get the speed close to it.

waiting for the porting from hotlink to celcomdigi to be done soon.
subsequently i need to go to digi store to get the esim for it also.

not bad. sim card is free... paid nothing at digi store today.

Year 2024, using 5g but get capped to 100Mbps

to be fair, at least at price rm25 one get enough data (30GB), unlimited calls and, personal hotspot (6GB) and comes with 5G free. i find it fair enough.

seriously 100Mbps for mobile usage is more than sufficient, even at home using fibre broadband, we do not need more than 100Mbps for basic usage.
they cap the speed to preserve bandwidth so that more users can enjoy reasonable bandwidth at the same time, it is nothing wrong.
Do always remember that mobile data is shared bandwidth...

i am more concern about mobile coverage than the speed cap as it impacts the experience more...

one thing good about digi is that their monthly pass is auto renewed monthly.

good day, just wanna ask anybody here who switched from another xpax plan to the new edisi biru plan, what happened to the existing validity? will it follow the existing validity or given a new validity?

How to use these free credits?

when purchase any internet plan, it will deduct from the free credit first and balance from the main.

Ya just realised it also.

I top up rm30 get rm3 to buy the rm25 monthly pass and still left rm8 in my account, technically rm22 spent per month to have my internet. Hahaha.

The savings in long run can use it to buy data roaming pass if going overseas. Nice. 😊

the expired date meaning what? after the expired date my rm8 will become 0 or it will still be in the account but could not use until i top up to increase the validity period again?

this RM 8 wont be forfeited.
this expired date just indicated that your number will be inactive after 30days (count from the day you make top up, eg. you top up RM 30 = 30 days validity).
