I am existing Grab Unlimited subscribers, about to subscribe to the one year plan but afraid they might just give me RM4.90. So few days ago I change to one month renewal option and as today it renews this appears in GXS just now.

Hi guys. Successfully registered for GX Bank today, got my RM 28 "gift" as well.

For the withdrawal process, is it instantaneous? How long does it take for money to appear in the receiving bank?

The official FAQ does not mention anything about withdrawing money...

Tried withdrawing to my Maybank just now and it was instant. I suggest you test with your RM 28 gift

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried with RM 28, transfer out to CIMB and immediately transfer back to GX Bank again. Everything done in just 2 minutes. All instantaneous.

PIDM protection is good, but in the unlikely event of something bad happening, then how many months or years will it takes to return ur money? food for thought.

Anyone used to be Grab unlimited user, unsubscribe then subscribe back and manage to get the rebate within 1-2 days?
CS claim that the rebate will be given the following month, only new user will credit within 24 hours.

Feels delighted to see daily interest credited at 11.59pm every night. Very likely a 3% p.a. daily compound interest at the effective rate of 3.05% p.a.
I guess no other bank offers such feature, the nearest is interest calculate daily but credited monthly ( monthly compound interest).
