QUOTE(Lancer07 @ Apr 17 2024, 01:50 PM) Digital bank GXBank has officially rolled out the highly requested scheduled transfer feature, which lets users set up regular, recurring payments on a pre-determined schedule. With this, you will be able to make your regular payments – such as rent, utility bills, and loan payments – even more conveniently. https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/bank-news/g...r-payments.htmlNow I can automate the RM6.81 transfer hahahaha

QUOTE(friendlyrobinhood @ Apr 17 2024, 10:32 PM) GX Bank is yet to be confirmed to be used for receiving salary and accepted in FPX. unlikely 1) employer typically use bulk disbursement feature of banking, and that corporate account usually (mostly) uses IBG; of which GXbank doesnt support (dont bother either). it's up to the respective banks to upgrade their corporate account to utilize DuitNow instead (again, they usually try not to "reinvent the wheel" cuz it will incur cost) 2) FPX will be sunset by Paynet and again, replaced by DuitNow OBW. New deadline is end 2024 (effective 2025) for FPX to be sunset. Paynet has been moving the sunset goalpost repeatedly for years (!) as banks are reluctant to switch (again, cost and impact to existing businessessssssss which hsa been operating for long time using FPX). so, there are no solid reasons for a new digital bank to adopt old technologies. and of course, the obvious rubbing Paynet's and BNM's (owner of paynet) good side. A reply from my "missing" 0.01 from the RM4941 Savings pocket QUOTE We have received your query regarding the discrepancy in the interest amount calculated using a regular calculator versus the amount credited to your GX Account.
We have thoroughly looked into your query. Please be assured that the interest credited to your account is calculated accurately based on the end of day balances in your Savings Pocket(s). Our system uses a specific algorithm for this calculation, which might result in a slight difference (e.g., RM 0.01) compared to the figure generated by a regular calculator.
We understand your concern and want to assure you that the correct interest amount has been credited to your account. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and hope this explanation helps provide clarity. This post has been edited by ronnie: Apr 18 2024, 08:02 AM
