those who using X50 X70 ok? spare parts, repair, service ok?

tempted to buy this since it is C segment yet cheap.

but wife keep tell me not to.. coz it's Proton. Later spare parts issue, many other etc issues. Then I told her sudah Geely lor... but she still don't trust. So how?

i got a X70 since 2018, so far so good not so much issues in terms of service and maintenance cost, and expected for SUV range. theres only one case dunno suddenly system issue car kenot startup, but it was software than hardware and rectified without going to SC

I don't understand. What do you mean Proton in the UK?
Right now they are priced against the locally assembled City and Vios, which in terms of value for money, the S70 is better.

in the past, inspira also price against locally assembled city and vios. what is the reason it did not perform so well compare to S70? coz no hype building from geely?

proton is a msia thing, no other country would go for it,, even if it is cheap

This is my car now. 2019 CBU. Rubber seals already perished. Mounting had to change within 3+ years, out of warranty only 3 years for mounting not the advertised 5 years. Steering rack changed, under warranty. Suspension noise, unsolved by SC. Fuel consumption mak oihh high as Snoop Dogg, full tank 500km for RM100 at RM2.05/l. This one X50/70 also same, my fren complain 8.5km/l on his X50.

at least got power and large car, my old Saga FLX 1.6 also similar fuel consumption

the trap is started from the other way round.
It all started at Proton...and then AP to control the pricing of foreign car.

Drive fast and mounting so fast kong got what relation? Rubber seal perish got to do with fast? You can go onto X70 owner FB page and see, basically 2018/2019 cars all changed mounting.

And no my driving is standard KL driving. No jam day to day, I work odd hours, still can only get 500km for full tank. 10km/l. My best ever was road trip to east coast, 600km. Pure highway driving, under speed limit. Only 12km/l.
