me buy seagate 2TB external hard disk during 9-9-sale...received straight away registered for warranty..shows different products and warranty already expired..declined and return back..receive back value in lazada wallet..learnt a lesson to bought from physical stores or from the brand store only..

i bought fake sd card on shopee before, and refunded succesful

For micro SD cards and external storage I always buy from official stores only like Samsung, SanDisk or Kingston. Prices abit expensive than regular online shops but products guaranteed original.

Actually lots of fake skincare on lazada.
If betul wanna buy better from their official store.
Only earlier i saw some khield's products listed by some seller.
Selling for like Rm60 for 125ml, when the official store selling the same thing for RM80plus for the 28ml version.
Best part is the official store doesn't even have 125ml version.
Only 28ml and 50ml available.

Yes, lazada and shopee are legal scam, making difficult to impossible claim on bad purchase, warranty, scam, guarantee then drag out the case to court citing T&C. KPDNHEP also play dumb no respect for MY laws.

Aiyoh... lazmall is a certification but also have to read the store name. If it's not something you heard before, you also believe it's 100% ah if the price is too good to be true?

You can always Google the store name and if it sounds fishy, just find a seller you can trust.

How you know fake? The company could be having new packaging, new formula they always change them. My selsun shampoo i use for donkey years also changes the packaging and formula every couple of years wei.

PS not that i want to side lazada but my refund with them have been pleasant.. some the seller don't even have the chance to reject my request.. most recent wireless powerbank stated 15w reach 5w.. File request refund the moment item land in JnT they refunded me.
