Yes, lazada and shopee are legal scam, making difficult to impossible claim on bad purchase, warranty, scam, guarantee then drag out the case to court citing T&C. KPDNHEP also play dumb no respect for MY laws.

Yes, my deal wit Lazada & Shopee refund also is plesant too previously.  Thts why I m shocked & furious & irritated tis time.


Only this time like that. I m guessing Lazmall status & not authentic is sensitive word. And tey thought I wan 2-5x compensation.

Because lazada customer service call me twice. But, they like don't know much...
