Ahh..nvm. The SWU 3.0 plan was 12 month free upgrade, then September get news that it is perpetual. So not sure how this free upgrade affected the SWU, even TM point staff give different version.

One thing for sure is that I'm not able to tell how long the free upgrade going to last when I sign up in August. I get the message "upgraded" after the announcement on th, then a notification on Unifi app yesterday stating the free upgrade is forever.

Last time TM point tak layan me to drop ultimate, otherwise I already enjoy 800 for the price of 159 now

Well, not that no free upgrade lah. In my case I'm already on 500 (upgraded) and it is officially permanent instead if 12 months only.

But how do u explain for 500 plan? Why no 1G or 2G 😛, only get 800

I consider any rm30 package (chinese specific is RUBY) as basic. Then there is ultimate blah blah blah package 😬

I was on similar plan 500 like you but paying 219 (with ultimate). I was betting continue and wait for supposedly speed upgrade (eg 800) or go for lower price RM119 300 plan (upgrade to 500). The latter was too good to missed. Enjoying the same speed with much cheaper plan (save 100).

Actually before or after changing to SWU, the plan description in the bill is same as Unifi plus 500Mbps for me. That probably explain my "upgraded" message.

Package name in Unifi is the SWU.
