Check your public IP. I experienced max 100mbps speed test twice. Rebooting/reconnecting the Unifi and able to get full speed when using 175.x.x.x or 219.x.x.x IP. Not sure what happened.

CCR1009 is way overkill in my setup. Bought it for learning now thinking RB5009 suit me more.

I was from 500 plan playing total RM232 monthly with unifi tv ultimate (addon 60). I moved to SWU 3.0 300mbps plan to get lower monthly payment (RM119). With the wind of so called expected price reduction for internet plan, I'm betting on Unifi to give speed upgrade instead price reduction that reduce the earning numbers for the corporate. So I'm betting that the so called 1 year free speed upgrade will remain after the announcement. If that is not happening, still a lot saving for me.

Yeah. Interested to know if the package name still Unifi 300 for those signed up with so called 500mbps plan for RM119. I do hope eventually all Unifi 300 will be updated to 500. Seems like free speed upgrade eventually will happen; 300 upgraded to 500.

I was paying 232 for 500+ultimate 😅. Now happy with Swu 3.0, rm119. Haven't pay bill for 2 months after the switch, still negative after redeem the rebate.

Anyone experience that unifi Aztech or D-link router take forever to connect? This is a unifi 30mbps plan.

I configured the D-link Ax1800 router and connection will failed, leave it for hours, then able to connect suddenly. If I replaced the default Aztech back, it will take forever to connect again. I wonder why

Why you are getting different pricing? 300 plan should 119, even if you add basic unifi tv, total is 149 only. Why the extra RM10?

This is strange. First time I see this different pricing. SWU should be done at TM point only. Do note that some are actually reseller. This is not reseller trying to earn extra by providing the service or just chaos at TM point, it's like pasar, do as u like for the staff.

There are 2 branches at the island. Try to check at other branch. Where got sense to paying extra for different area? Internet get any faster ah??

From what I have experience and learned from here, TM point don't print the pricing to show everyone. They either write down on paper or some just let you peep at the pricing. Anyway, Good luck getting the right package for you. May the lower price be with you

Ubiquiti Unifi app is not available in our region. That's the minor inconvenience.
