guys, so our swu 3.0 , 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbps for 1 year. So we are entitle to upgrade from 300mbps tp 500mbps, or from 500mbps to 800mbps?

So the promise of lower prices mean RM10 more for the cheapest plan.

Since we have 2 camps of SWU3.0 300Mbps with different notification:

1 : get notification already upgraded
2 : get notification eligible for upgrade

Can you check your current itemised billing whether you are on

1. unifi advance 300Mbps
Or
2. unifi pro 500Mbps

I believe the notification will refer to this itemised item instead of the plan title.

Latest bill from UNIFI. SWU3.0 is categorized as unifi advance plus 500Mbps.

edit: its always been categorized as such in previous bills.

Just finished visiting TM Point Titiwangsa. No queue at all and I was attended instantly.

TM staff has confirmed that all 800 mbps plan users will be upgraded. It doesnt matter wether you are on turbo upgrade or any other campaign plan, all will be upgraded.

The focus now is to upgrade those recent customers whom walk in and took the latest plans. I’m  on turbo upgrade plan and we are all legacy plan users. According to her, for turbo uograde 800mbps plan users the upgrade will surely happen but not sure wither to 1gbps or 2gbps because by default we were suppose to be upgraded to 1gbps back in 2018 but since TM infra back then only could cater to 800mbps max speed so we were all packed to that category.

Actually the rm119 swu 3.0 might remain 300mbps after 1 year right? Any specific tnc say it permanent become 500mbps after that?

i believe its possible if unifi tv contract is finished unless tnc applied. however when u ask for terminate , the sales or promo team will keep promo u what ever its possible on ur package situation.
they have already all kind of answer in place for any situation they in.

last time i also wanna remove old ultimate pack but after a few calls  of insisting to remove and they manage to offer this , they give me free ultimate while have turbo upgrade , as long i redo contract 24 months (since my contract finished) when gobind era.

well you can always downgrade back to <1Gbps
