So the other day, I realized that posts my friends posted in some groups that I didn't join appeared on my feed stream. So does that mean that posts that I posted in those groups that I have joined would appear in people's feed stream?

that depends on the group settings. there are settigns such as "only group member can see this post" for the group. so it all depends on the admin of the group how he set the settings.

but i prefer parody twitter accounts...its funny

Is there any way I can block certain people from knowing my recent activities or my any activities BUT they still can view my wall and my status?

I just don wan ppl to see what i post on my friends wall or photos

account,privacy preferences

and you will see

title box "connecting to facebook"
click view settings

and you will see "see you likes,activities and other connections"
you can set that to everyone,friend,only you.. or hide it from certain people that you can choose

when type their name in the search box at top there, still showing the profile picture before they change to new =_=
