I can't seem to link my Gx bank acc to Grab. There's no option for it in the Finance page.. I did eventually find a page where it says 'Got an account? Access it here', so i clicked the link, it opens up the Gx app and.. nothing.

What’s the correct method for getting GXBank cashback for Grab Unlimited subscription?
I’ve linked GxBank to Grab and set as default payment method. I can see GXBank balance in Finance. When subscribing to monthly RM4.90 Grab Unlimited, payment only shows Grab Wallet and CCs. It doesn’t show GX as a payment method. Will I get the cashback if I pay with Grab Wallet or CC? |
