1 Sandwich: Wholemeal bread + 2 pieces of chicken breast

Project Lunch. We had pork ribs, Veg, Fish, YEE SANG, Fried sotong(looks like mini onion rings)
Chinese Tea

Ran 5KM! Timed at 39' 31"
Don't really bother about timing but I DID IT!!
I could go further but was getting late. Will try to keep this up in my future runs!!
