Its been a really really long time since I last updated my thread. Dah kena tolak ke page 4 LOL
Long story short? Haven't been working out for half of 2010 but somehow maintained my running in my lifestyle. Active in blogging since beginning of 2010 Got married last month Went for HoneyMoon (At Maldives) ...and yes... makan/tidur/snorkel/ Now trying to lose fats again. I'll try to update my journal whenever I can. Maintaining my blog(s) and and 'reviving' my journal here....lets see how it goes Current weight? Surprisingly still 76KG but of course, definitely lost alot of strength as I haven't been working out.
